For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use any service on the ug55 Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. ug55 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the Player cannot demonstrate that they meet the minimum age requirement. Any winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited.
21+ Only: The ug55 Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. We actively enforce age verification during the KYC process. If you are under 21, you are prohibited from using this Platform under any circumstances.
The Platform is operated for and primarily serves players residing in Indonesia. You must be a resident of Indonesia and accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not explicitly prohibited to you as an individual. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access it.
Each Player may maintain only one Account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under different names, or using a third party's identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended and balances forfeited.

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and a valid mobile phone number. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be treated as having been carried out by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify ug55 customer support immediately at [email protected].
Prior to processing any withdrawal, ug55 requires successful completion of its KYC verification process. You will be required to submit:
ug55 may request additional documentation at any time if it deems further verification necessary. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.
ug55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — cases involving breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC, or abuse of bonuses. Where an Account is closed due to a breach by the Player, any Balance may be forfeited.
ug55 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels:
ug55 may add or remove supported payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of material changes through the Platform.
The minimum single deposit is Rp 50,000. The maximum single deposit is Rp 100,000,000. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance instantly during normal banking hours for bank-transfer channels, and immediately for e-wallet transactions. Off-hours bank transfers may take up to 24 hours to be reflected in your Balance.
To request a withdrawal, you must have completed KYC verification (Clause 3.3). Withdrawals will be processed only to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name, matching the name on your verified Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. ug55 aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within 1–6 hours during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next business window.
All transactions on the Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). ug55 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. Any currency conversion costs that arise from the Player's own banking arrangements are the sole responsibility of the Player.
By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are not derived from illegal activity and that you are the legal owner of the payment method used. ug55 maintains anti-money-laundering (AML) controls and may request evidence of the source of funds at any time. Where AML obligations require it, ug55 may freeze funds or report transactions to relevant authorities without prior notice to the Player.
Important: ug55 will never charge fees on deposits or withdrawals from our side. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, over which ug55 has no control.
ug55 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bets. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the promotion and to the general conditions set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated on each promotion page. Bets placed with Bonus Funds that are later voided, cancelled, or cashed out early may not contribute toward wagering requirements.
ug55 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a Player has abused the bonus system. Prohibited bonus-abuse behaviors include, without limitation:
All bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be utilized within the validity period stated on the promotion. Unused Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be automatically removed from your Account upon expiry.
All bets are final once confirmed on the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring that bet selections, stake amounts, and market choices are correct before confirming. ug55 will not cancel or amend a confirmed bet except in the specific circumstances described in Clause 6.3.
ug55 publishes odds on a wide range of sports markets including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and the Champions League, as well as bandar bola (trusted bookmaking) markets, mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) options, and international competitions such as the FIFA World Cup and AFF Cup. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the final applicable odds.
ug55 reserves the right to void any bet in circumstances including, but not limited to:
Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Balance.

Scheduled maintenance, technical outages, or events beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect the Platform. ug55 shall not be liable for any losses — including missed betting opportunities — arising from Platform unavailability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ug55's total liability to you in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total value of your Account Balance at the time the claim arises. ug55 expressly excludes liability for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.

ug55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notification on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it — whether contractual or non-contractual in nature — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ug55 holds its international gaming license. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral institution in that jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause limits ug55's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain any breach of this Agreement.
